When to register for 11+ entry in September 2027

Every school sets its own deadline, and several say plainly that late registrations won't be accepted. The table below lists the closing date for 11+ entry in September 2027 from each school's own admissions pages. Times are given where the school gives one.

Before you register

1. Check the exact time. Several schools close at noon or midday, not midnight, and one closes at 9am.
2. Look for a second form. Godolphin and Latymer has an Examination Entry Form with the same deadline as registration. James Allen's Girls' School asks you to register with ISEB first.
3. Ask for a bursary when you register. At Hampton, Highgate and North London Collegiate School the bursary deadline is the same day as registration.
4. Tell the school about access needs early. Alleyn's School, for example, asks for evidence for access arrangements by its registration deadline.

If your child is in Year 5

Some deadlines for September 2028 entry fall within the next year. Westminster says registration is already open for 11+ entry in 2028, and it closes on 30 September of the year before entry. Wycombe Abbey closes registration on 1 June of the year before entry. St Paul's School opens registration for September 2028 entry in April 2027.
